I have a spreadsheet with a set of data.

The problem is that some of the cells instead of recording a number show 0 - 2.

In those cells I do not know if the number is 0,1 or 2.

How can I graph the data and keep it accurate given for some cells I do not know the exact number?

You can split those cells into two columns by using Data > Text to Columns > Delimited > Other (enter "-" in the box next to it). Then where there's a "-" in the cell it will split it into two, with the second number in the next cell. Then you can average them, plot both, or whatever you think is the best way of reflecting the data.

EDIT: Meant to add, you need to select the column first.

You haven't given us anywhere near enough info.

Can you paste the actual data in table form, and specify what kind of graph it is you want?
