Hi,

When using Excel for Mac 2016, if I open a file that is small (7.5mb) and try to do simple tasks, like delete a row, I get an error message "Not enough memory".

My macbook is i5 and 8gb so its no way stressed.

Has anyone experienced this before and found a way around it?

Thanks

7.5MB is a pretty reasonable size for an Excel file. Is it full of crap or are there a million empty rows at the bottom of it?

There are empty rows at the bottom, but there would be if you opened a blank excel document.

I can open the file in Numbers and its fine. Its just I don't like numbers, and when converting back to excel file, it messes the file up.
