Excel form - VB code needed to populate database

Hi guys,

I've created a form on my FORM sheet in Excel that populates a row to the right of the form in the same sheet. I now need to add an 'Upload' macro button to the form that will add the data to the next empty row in the DATA sheet. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I've now sorted the problem after cutting and pasting something from the internet
