Excel Formula for Idiots (me)

Hi,

I want to make a formula that when a cell with a date of say 30/9/07 is over a month past the current date the cell will change colour.

So Far I have this:

What do I need to add? Or do I need to make the formula calculate the date just as numbers?

I would use:

TODAY()-30

(Less than 30 days from today) That good enough?
