Excel formula help

Hi, I want to create a excel sheet that will allow me to calculate how much fluid I need to x amount for my car cleaning products etc, Ie 500:1, I can’t seem to remember how to do it. My google searches have failed me thus evening.

What I’m looking to create is how many mml to Litres automatically in excel worksheet, For example 50:1 to make 5ltrs I would need to use 100mls of product to 5ltrs of product b
