Hi all,

I used to know basic formula's but as time has gone on I'm useless with them.

I'm creating an on call rota for 10 engineers, basically I don't want an engineer doing more weekends than the next one so I just want a simple calculation of how many times they've done a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Since March I've recorded the initials of the engineer who has done the shift so Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I can't record a set rota as engineers aren't always available to be on call.

What's the best of doing this do you think? It doesn't need to be advanced I just want something that says "AB" has done on call 5 times.
