Excel help please (page break thing i think)

hey peeps, just a quick one.
is there a way to split a worksheet into two so that i can have my output info at the top or side of the sheet and my inputs listed down elsewhere.

somthing like this

top of sheet heading information

-----------------------------------------------------------------


centre of sheet
input data here


this is the space i want to be able to scroll thru







-----------------------------------------------------------------
end of sheet Totalls here

sorry for the bad example.

i know it can be done but have not idea what the method is called or how to do it... i have had a look thru excel but nothing seems to do it

anyone out there know how to do this?

Window -> Freeze Panes allows you to mark a section that stays where it us.
Don't think you can mark two separate sections using this though?
