Greetings,

Can any kind souls recommend resources for medium to advanced Excel users... I have a firm grasp of the basics but am specifically talking about more complex if statements, array forumulae, pivots, v lookup etc.

I know there is an abundance of books but am looking for actual recommendations.

Thanks

There's a pretty good one I used for a course at uni - was really good and got you into using vb to make your own excel apps - learnt a lot from it tbh.

It's called "Microsoft Excel 2002 Visual Basic For applications Step by Step". Came with a CD with all the code on it too. Have been meaning to sell mine in members market for a while now too.

Can you give us the name of the publisher, author and perhaps the ISBS so we can see if there's a newer version out? :)

Yer it's 2002 version, but all the fundamentals are there. Publisher is Micoshaft Press and the ISBN is 0-7356-1359-1.

I'd post a link to a Jungle related site, but I guess they are technically a competitor :)

Just found the Excel VBA Programming for Dummies with the following ISBN 0764574124. Seems to be for Excel in general whereas there is an Excel 2007 specific version with the ISBN 0470046740.
