Hi, What sum would i put in to an Excel spreadsheet if i wanted to copy a figure from one spreadsheet to another, Basically i want to be able to put a number into a cell on spreadsheet number 1 which will automatically copy to spreadsheet number 2 which is a completely differant file.

How would i get the cells on book 2 to autotab, So basically many people will have book 1 on there machines and be putting numbers in the same cell, what i want it to do is automatically put what they enter into there cells into book 2 but have all the numbers total up, i know how to do the sums to total the numbers up but how would i get it so when someone enters the number in it will not overwrite the number that someone else has entered.
