Excel Help!

Got excel 2000 and wondering, how do you lock a colum (A) in place so that when you scroll left/right its always there?

If i remember correctly (just changed to 2007) its window -> lock panes. It then locks the cells in lines above and to the left of the one you have selected. So in you're case first select B1 then lock them.

Click on B1, go up to window on the menu bar, select freeze panes.
