Excel macro wiz needed

I need a macro to do the following lets say these are the two files;

Sheet A
Inv No. Amount
1324 567
1325 85
1326 150

Sheet B
Inv No. Amount
1324 567
1326 150

I want the macro to delete the duplicates and leave me with this

Results
inv no
1325 85

it should also only remove an inv if the amount matches on both sheets any ideas?
