Im not the best at Excel, and have a problem trying to do a spreadsheet for work. Basically the spreadsheet is 3 pages. The first page lists the shift managers and Mystery shop scores throughout the year, so jan to dec in columns running along the top. These scores are filled in when they come through to the store via email which is twice a month. There is an average made up at the end of the columns
The 2nd page is customer complaints record, which is easy enough for me, so dont need the help with that.
The 3rd page my franchisee wants a league table produced of page 1 (The mystery shop scores). This is where i have problems. Again all the shift managers are listed. But what the boss wants is a league table of the mystery shop scores. So as we enter the data on page 1, the people and there average score will change automatically on page 3. I have no idea how to get the peoples names to sort along with the score at the same time. Any excel gurus have any ideas?
