I've setup a new printer in the admin dept and Excel prints every grayscale box out as CMYK. As such it has gone through the magenta toner in a month!
The obvious solution is Print Settings > Grayscale in the printer settings but our secretary is unsure she'll rememebr to do this as she often swops between Invoices (Blue), Credit Notes (Black), Reminders (Red) and generic printing from excel (grayscale).
The solution I came up with was macro buttons in the toolbar for grayscale printing and cmyk, but the scripts do not remember me changing these settings as it records.
Is their a simpler solution or should I just drill the secretary.
