Excel Problem

Hi All

We use excel for our rotas at work which is fine. However, we have our rotas on our staff extranet. Is there anyway that I can set excel to upload a file on save?

Or have some kind of script that can be run to upload the rota, and preferably change the file name to currentrota.xls?

All ideas welcome
