Heres the scenario -
Cell A1 contains a drop down list from which you pick a DEPARTMENT
When you pick the department in cell A1, what should happen then is another drop down list should appear in cell B1 from which you can pick the SUB GROUPS within the department.
I am thinking maybe the HLOOKUP function would come into play here but Im not sure how. I could be wrong as my excel knowledge isnt too good.
Any ideas?
