Excel query

Hi guys,

I've got a range of unique names in a range A1 to M10.

What i need to do is to return the Column and Row of a specified name eg John Smith might be found in C4, so I need to return C4 as the value in a search for John Smith ...

Any ideas?

Try this (shift + ctrl + enter):

(Sorry about the stupid cell references, I did it at the bottom of an existing sheet).
