Was wondering is their a formula or an easy way have a list in excel (nothing fancy) that is easily Filtered?

For Example.

Name | Options Selected
Fred | Option 1, Option 2, Option 4
Joe | Option 2, Options 3, Option 4
Paul | Option 1, Option 3
Lee | Option 2, Option 4

So when I filter by Options selected it will show the options 'Options 1-4' so I can easily select say 'Option 2' and it will leave me with Fred, Joe and Lee?

I think the simplest way to do this would be to give each option its own column in your sheet. You can then use the built in Filter function to do the actual filtering.

Eg:
