Excel Question

I was just wondering, i am creating a shared document for 8 people to access, but i would like them to only be able to add data, and not delete what has already been put on there (without entering a password).

Can this be done?

You can lock certain cells of the spreadsheet so your formulas etc can't be edited. Not entirely sure how to do it though.
