Just a quickie,

If I have cells whos numbers are calculated using other cells, how do I "seperate" the cells from the rest and just have the numbers? (so they aren't dependant on the values in other cells).

If I understand you right, you could select the cells in question, copy them and then select where you want the selection to go, then instead of Control + V or right-click and Paste, do right-click and Paste Special and looking in the top section of the resulting menu, "Paste", check the "Values" option. This should then paste the actual values you want rather than the formulae that created the values in the first place.

Yas!! I understood you right. Glad I knew what I was talking about and was able to explain it. 'Spose two years working in a school helps me on that count, eh!
