Excel - Strict cell entry?

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to restrict the entry values of a cell in excel?

I.e. if i want the following date entry: March [Month's name]/2010 [Year]

so if someone types 03/2010 it will allow this,

but if someone types 01/03/2010 - it shouldn't allow this.


I've tried to google this but maybe im looking for the wrong thing but i cant seem to find it.
