Excel wizards help please

What is the best way to format the set times list here

I would like the stages going in rows and times in columns. So far I have copied them all in and transposed however times are different so its a bit messed up and not sure how to sort it

This way I can see whats on at what particular time and be able to see who we would be missing

Want it to fit on 1 A4 side
