Hi all, I’m after abit of advice, I keep getting BSOD, saying exception thread not handled and then below that it says “amdkmdag” it has a .something after it but never quite caught it, I’ve done a clean uninstall and reinstall of the latest graphics drivers , but as I’m new to pcs I’m not sure what else to do, could anyone please possibly help? Thankyou

Can you give us some context:
- Is this a new PC just assembled, or an old one that was working fine?
- Has anything significant been changed lately? (either software, or hardware)
- Does the error occur in any scenario e.g. only when idle, or only when gaming?
Sorry for the late reply , I didn’t get notified that anyone had replied, the PC was assembled in September , nothing significant has changed and it occurs just when idling, I uninstalled the newest graphics driver and installed the previous one, and I haven’t had the problem since doing this, so maybe it’s something in the latest driver causing this bug.

You still only mention the graphics driver. What about everything else?
I wouldn’t know how to find a fault if it were anything else, as I say I’m new to computing , my chipset driver is up to date, and as I said in a previous reply I’ve reverted back to the graphics driver I was on before this newest update and I’ve not had a problem so far, I read it could be a RAM issue because of amd expo but I did that the moment I booted up and it’s never caused an issue before
