Exchange 2003 front-end

Greetings

We have been running Outlook Web Access for a year or so now, with no problems. However a recent patch update has caused it to be displayed like:

Have tried removing the patches, removing the virtual directories in iis, and even completley re-installing the front-end. But nothing has resolved it.

Has anyone experienced this, and have a way of solving it?

yes i've seen that before.

have you tried it on a different machine or browser? I seem to remember it wasn't a server problem.

Yeah, tried it on IE6, IE7 and Firefox 2.0. Firefox gets a bit further, but the functionality isnt there.

Strangely, if you go to OWA directly on the main mail server it displays fine. Its only when going through the front-end that it displays like this.

does it work ok internally on the LAN as well?

Check that /exchweb has anonymous authentication ONLY enabled in IIS Manager. That is the usual cause of this.
For the other folders (/exchange /exadmin and /public) make sure that they have integrated and basic authentication enabled.
