Hi,
Hope you guys can help. I have a user which is trying to open up e-mails sent to a specific mailbox. When they try to, it comes up with cannot open item... we cannot open the e-mails from another computer or from Outlook Web access, it comes up with internal server error...
I don't want to have re-create the mailbox
Any ideas?
Its outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. All other mailboxes are fine, the mailbox in question does receive e-mails fine.
