Every week I receive an email from the system attendant but the details never change, mail boxes processed, etc.

I can't seem to find anything sensible on how to set this up (assuming it needs to be).

Can someone point to the configurable settings of this pleas?

How to setup Exchange System Attendant Detail:
1) From Exchange Administrator, navigate to the site container and select the Monitors container. From the File menu, select New Other | Server Monitor... which will open the properties window.
2) In the General tab | Monitor configuration section, enter a Directory name and Display name. In the Log file section, click the [Browse...] button to create a log file.
3) In the Notification tab, click the [New...] button to open the New Notification window. In the Notification type, select Mail Message and click [OK] to open the Escalation Editor window.
4) In the Escalation Editor window, click the [Recipient...] button to open the Global Address List. Select the recipient who will receive the notification messages and click [OK] to return back to the Escalation Editor.
5) Click the [Test] button to send a test message to the recipient. Click [OK] to return back to the Notification tab where you should now see a line item for the new notification you created.
6) In the Servers tab, select the server to be monitored and click [Add->] to move the server to the Monitored servers list.
7) Click the [Services...] button to open the Services tab. In the list of Installed services, select the services to be monitored. For example, select GoodLink Server and GoodLink Server Watchdog, then click [Add] to add these services to the Monitored services list. Clock [OK] to return back to the Servers tab.

I have exchange set to automatically delete old email from mailboxes, so i get details of how much was deleted each evening.

I cant seem to find the monitors container. I can only see 'monitoring and status' and this offers no options when I go to 'File'
