Exchange 2007 and SBS 2003.

Howzit guys,

Was just wondering - is it possible to install Exchange 2007 onto SBS 2003? I have looked around and it seems simple answer is no due to Exchange 2007 only being in a 64bit version and SBS 2003 is a 32 bit OS.

Just wanted to confirm this though...

64bit aside, I think putting Exchange 2007 on a 2003 SBS install would be...interesting.

Ha ha ha, yes it would be, wouldn't it?

The reason for my question was that a client wants a better auto out of office replies (Formatting etc) Exchange 2003 doesn't support this. And they don't want to put SBS 2008 on there just for auto out of office. So I will be looking for a new solution. :cool:

Must be an addon for that surely?

Or do it yourself - Custom server stored client rule that replies with a nice fancy Richtext/HTML reply. Out of office is, after all, just a rule.
