Exchange 2007 & iPhone 5

Afternoon

I have a strange issue with one user when configuring exchange on his iphone, he is getting

""Unable to verify account information"

Webmail works fine for him, his password is on never expire. I have tried my exchange account on his phone and it works. I have tried his account on other Iphones but exactly the same message.

I have done the following

Still no luck, I have compared attributes in active directory and the only difference I see is on the tab Published Certificates there is an entry on there but there is not on his AD attributes, I have no idea where this is, could this be the problem? Mind you those certificates have expired...

It defo sounds like a permissions issue then. Can you copy his account and create a test user from it and see if that connects.

Try going here - https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ and put his info in to see if it will establish a connection.

Is ActiveSync enabled on his Exchange account?

Reset the password

Verify the account over 3G not Wi-Fi

See if that works
