Exchange 2010(?) & Galaxy S2 Sync issue

Hey guys,

Wonder if anyone can help on this - got a customer who was their own exchange server that is setup for active sync, works perfectly on iPhone. However on their Galaxy S2 handsets, active sync only works one way - i.e. If they delete an email on their pc, it disappears from the phone, however if they delete one from the phone, it stays on the pc - can anyone shed any light on this?

Probably not much help, but it's not an incompatibility between the two - I had an S2 syncing to our Exchange 2010 setup for ages without any issues.

Might be worth removing the account from the S2 and readding it, in case they've chosen some odd options?

Well I actually was on site and set up all the phones to their credentials myself, all seemed ok to me! :O
