Hi Guys,
I am going to be importing user PST files into Exchange 2010 and was wondering if this along the right lines and wont run into any big issues.
Going to use the Mailbox import Request cmdlets and will be something along these lines:
1. Have pst file on server with "Exchange Trusted Subsystem" permissons added.
2. Grant user rights to Import via cmdlet
3. Use New-MailboxImportRequest to import pst into existing mailbox.
Have done some research on this and seems not too far off. Was wondering if this method would be ok and if there would be any issues that I could encounter??
Also is there a limit on size of PST that can be imported via this method?
Have used ExMerge to export pst in the past and there is a 2GB limit on pst using it.
Some advice would be great.
Cheers
