Has anyone implemented signatures in Exchange 2010 by setting up a Hub Transport rule?

I've created a nice bit of HTML code which pulls the user info from Active Directory and makes it into a signature however I can't see a way to add the signature to the end of the message rather than the end of the email (same problem as Zoltan Erszenyi at the bottom of this thread)

Has anyone figured out a way to do this?

From what I could work out, it is impossible without the use of 3rd party tools (of which we won't ever be using).

I know this was impossible w/o 3rd party apps under Exchange 2003, however I was under the impression that they had added this seemingly obvious feature in the more recent editions?

Yer it still doesn't work the way you'd want it in 2010.

We got a little script that can pull the data from AD and create a signature called adolsign but it is $129 for unlimited users.

We do this on our spam filtering box rather than Exchange (currently 2003) - it's a Symantec Brightmail appliance. It seems sensible to fiddle with email at the gateway rather than making Exchange do it.
