Exchange 365 and Apple Mail

Hi Guys,

Recently my Apple Mail refuses to connect to my exchange settings which is a 365 account.

Had been working fine up to now and even my iPhone stopped working as well. I managed to sort the iPhone by upgrading to the 10.3 beta but have been back and forth with my exchange provider who haven't got a clue.

Anyone else experience this?

What does https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ say about your account and active sync?

I'm assume "Apple Mail" is just using the EAS ActiveSync protocol.

It could also use EWS so test both. Don't use Apple devices so can't confirm or deny
