Just after a bit of reading.. Can anyone recommend me a decent Exchange book?

I recommend that if you have the software to install it virtaully and have a play with it, best way to learn... any help let me know...

I've installed it and set it up plenty of times but have never really read up on how it works etc, am just after something to give me more detail on some more advanced things.

or any of the Microsoft text books are really good for things like that such as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Administrator's Companion, or anything like that...

I can hearily recommend the www.msexchange.org site and its collection of White Papers, articles and forums. Some very good real world examples of common but complex configurations.
