Hi,

I have an exchange server that I've setup but I'm trying to setup a list of customers that I can email in bulk but they only see their own names on the contact list on the received email.

I want it to mail shot customers and to suppliers as well so I can email suppliers for prices but only have to send the one email.

thanks

I might be looking in the wrong place but when I create a global Dist user it will only accept email addresses of users that exist in AD, do I need to add them all as users? if so it seems like a lot of work,

Also we have internal groups and when I receive from one I can click on the plus and see who else is on the list, I dont want this to happen for obvious reasons,

Create a list in outlook instead and then use the BCC function ?

The only way I know how to do it in Exchange for external users, is to create each of them as a contact first and then add them to a distribution group.

Ifts its only you that will be emailing them, I would go for the simpler option A
