exchange email ports

exchange 2003 using andriod phones for email (though i assume its not different to outlook), has anyone set this up, what ports need to be opened.,... my google skill are failing me...

ActiveSync? HTTPS (443). If you don't have a proper SSL, spend under £10 to get one from GoDaddy to save faffing with self-signed certs.

An SSL cert will cost you a lot more then £10 with a decent provider, including GoDaddy.

This site is your best friend.

GoDaddy is all about finding the right discount code - I had a load of credits of my account for basic SSLs at around £10 each.
