When I joined the up to 8mb package from F2S, I could only get up to 2 due to my exchange only being capable of that.
Since then I've checked the status of my exchange to see if they had upgraded it and according to the site it says it was done back in 2006 sometime. Can't remember the month.
I don't appear to be on 8mb though, so do I have to phone up and get them to put me onto it? I figured being as it was a limitation at the exchange end then it would just go through as soon as it was upgraded.
