Morning all,

How do i setup exchange server to forward all mail from one address to multiple addresses?

For example:

customer emails [email protected]
this email then gets sent to:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

I have created the user customerservices and assigned the email address to this user but can only see the option to forward to 1 other user.....

an advice would be great

Dont create a user, create a distribution list. Assign [email protected] to this DL list and then add the users who you want to receive the mails into the list.

That way when someone emails [email protected] it will get sent to all the people contained in the DL list.

EDIT:

Sorry should have said you create the list by going New->Group the click the box thats called Distribution.

Make sure you delete the current user that is assigned to [email protected] beforehand because Exchange won't let you give that address to the DL list if a user has it.

Thanks a lot.

Been left to look after the support and network at one of our clients for the next 4weeks without any support for me...

dont you just love IT....lol

or....and its just a suggestion.

Set up a mail enabled public folder, with the customer service address, then you can give the necessary people access.

Only have to store 1 copy of the mails then.
