Exchange Gurus- shared calendar

I have a shared calendar under public folders.

I would like to set it up so that you can update this calendar by email by setting it up as a resource. Someone then emails the resource and it updates the shared calendar.

I know this is possible but for the life of me cant remember how you do it.
