Exchange Hosting who do you use?

Hi Guys

Been asked to look at outsourcing our email accounts, think we have approx 400 accounts (could be more or less) intermedia has popped up on here a few times, are they any others I should be looking at?

Any advice or recommendations would be grate

I use Simply Mail Solutions for my personal hosted exchange email account after getting numerous recommendations for them - not had any issues at all in the ~9months I've been with them. I've asked a few questions to tech support and they have always responded within the hour.

They were also the cheapest for Exchange hosting that I could find, most people being ~£1 more per mailbox

I think cobweb get recommended on here a lot (think some members work there?).

We use Star for some hosted accounts at work.

We use Cobweb and generally they're pretty good.

We also use a smaller company - www.xe2.co.uk who are also pretty good

Got several thousand accounts on each platform, can't fault them both in terms of downtime. Support-wise, Xe2 probably have it (seeing as they're smaller). But then Cobweb have a much larger platform with a much more advanced admin portal (which they've just upgraded since their migration to Exchange 2007).

Euology of this forum works for Cobweb and myself and Khaaan! used to work there too. However, it's been years for us so best ask Euology if you have any Cobweb related enquiries.

In my time there they hosted companies with 1000's of mailboxes so I think 400 shouldn't be a problem.

Got a quote waiting for me in my inbox when I get into work tomorrow from Cobweb so looking forward to seeing what they can do for us
