Exchange Mailbox Move Maddness - Can you help?

I have been given a task (rather repetitive) whereby I have a list of named mailboxes that need to be moved from one mail server to another. At the moment the current way of doing this is to locate the name in AD and then follow the Exchange wizard to move the mailbox from one server to another (over 1400 boxes to move)

My question is? Surely there has to be a quicker way (batch file perhaps) that will enable me to replicate this process rather than having to a group at a time.

If someone could kindly give me the heads up (even provide a txt that I can save as a batch file) I would apprecaite it

Which version of exchange?

Guessing it's 2003 if you're doing it through AD? You realise you can multiple select, right?

If not, powershell should do it

If 2003 Exmerge them out to PST then back import back on the new server

Not sure why you would suggest that. I'd rather use the move wizard and do every mailbox one by one while being beaten with a stick than do that.
