I have a duplicate appointment problem which i just can't get my head around.
Basically we have a company diary where everyone puts in all the big meetings and lunches etc...
For this one user (any user) creates an appointment in their calendar and invites the public folder called "global diary" in to the meeting. This creates the meeting in the users calendar and the public folder.
The problems occure when you try and amend or delete the appointment.
If i delete the entry in the users calendar then that creates a new entry in the public folder called "cancelled:appointmentname" and leaves the original entry as is which incidently turns in to "this request is out-of-date".
This also happens if i try and amend the appointment, rather than editing the pre-existing entry, it creates a new one and turns the old one in to "this request is out-of-date".
Now i have tried a load of different stuff, including autoaccept eventsink to see if it was the fact that nobody actually accepts the entry but it doesnt exactly the same.
Tested with 2 user calendars and they update perfectly, if i delete then it changes the single enctry to cancelled.
If i amend the time, the corresponding entry's time changes also.
It just appears to be this public folder/public diary.
Has anyone come across this before?
