Recently I started archiving everybodys email into mailarchiver, but this caused a problem because (my understanding of it) mailarchiver sets the archived attribute on emails and this caused a re-sync of the entire mailbox which is a major problem because we have 3 remote sites on pretty poor speed connections.
My question is, when I come to remove the mail from the mailbox, is this going to cause a major sync again or will outlook just see the fact that there is now only 12 months of email (for example) and remove the rest? remote sites run in cached mode if that makes a difference.
Thanks
