A client has been having problems sending to a few email addresses.
This is the error they're getting:
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <domainname.co.uk #5.5.0 smtp;550-(domainname.co.uk) [ipaddress] is currently not permitted to relay>
I've done an smtpdiag which checks out OK. I've also compared the servers SMTP settings to that of a known working exchange server. Besides domain names they're identical.
Any ideas?
