Exchange - Sending "From" multiple SMTP

As subject really. Need a solution that works for sending from one Active Directory account with multiple SMTP addresses. Eg - domain1, domain2 and domain3. Domain1 is the primary and default reply-to address, but users need to send from domain2 and domain3 and have the e-mail appear to come from that address.

I have looked at program called ChooseFrom and SmartReply but neither worked.

It's Exchange 2007 (SBS2008 if it makes any odds) and mixed Outlook 2007/2003 clients.

It should be able to set signature based on sending SMTP address too. Ideally it might have iPhone/Activesync and Web Based Outlook support but those I can compromise on.

Options that are not viable are multiple AD accounts, send on behalf and running multiple outlooks.

About to go off and googlefu but I am hoping one of you other chaps have something similar implemented that works well.

Cheers

First tell your user base to not be so lazy.

Then send an Email with Any From: Address in Outlook
To send a message with a different email address in the From: line from Outlook:
• Create a new message in Outlook.
• In Outlook 2007:
• Go to the Options tab in the message's toolbar.
• Click Show From to make sure it is enabled.
In Outlook 2003:
• Select View | From Field from the menu to make sure it is checked.
Type the desired email address in the From... field.

Cost to business : nothing

None of the above "Filling in From:" solutions work without backend work I did not want to do. Thanks for the suggestions but it's not what I was looking for.

The userbase will have to accept what I am going to implement which is still backend work but less than some of the other fake POP accounts/multiple AD accounts etc need.

In short:

1 Distribution Group for each additional address
Add primary AD account to each new Dist. Group (to get mail sent to that address flowing to their mailbox)
Give primary AD account Full Permissions including send as to each Dist Group
Use the From: field functionality and populate with the Distribution group desired
Manually insert relevant business signature

Pretty crappy but cleaner than most other "hack" solutions.
