Exchange + the outlook user card

We use the company field in AD to syncronise with uniflow which we use for print management, we've just noticed that this field is displayed next to the users name and department in their outlook user card, we don't use the field for it's intended purpose, instead we use it for individual staff numbers.

We need to stop the company field from displaying on the outlook user card as some staff are quite funny about having their staff number on show to other staff, is it possible to remove this field from the display?

Please tell me it's possible, i don't want to go through the whole thing moving the current company field entries :(
 
I can set any attribute in AD to be the one that is syncronised with uniflow but it just seemed easier to put all the information that will sync with uniflow on one tab of AD in department/company etc at the time of setting it up. It's a long process to move it all now.

We don't need a lot of the different information tabs AD has in our environment so we've never filled it in before now, thus never noticed it did that with the outlook user card :(

If i knew powershell there may be some way of scripting the change but i wouldn't know how to do that sadly.
