I am about to upgrade my exchange 2003 standard to enterprise 2003. before i start I am making a backup copy of the databases. I've started copying the priv1.stm file (9gb) to another location on the same disk and it states that it will take 35 minutes to copy. The bar then went off the scale and there is no reading now. Does it sound right that it would take 35 mins to copy a 9gb file to the same disk? This server has 15k rpm sas drives in RAID5.
