Just a query. I'm just an end user of exchange. I accidentally sent an email from my Blackberry using my Exchange email address, however I didn't mean to. Just for security I need to know whether after I deleted the email from my Sent Items and then permanently deleted from my Deleted Items if any Admin can see it? It is concerning another job so I could have problems if anyone could possibly see it?

Depends how your company is setup. At my work every email is achieved, but emails are not actively monitored so no one would see it.
 
Alright thanks. This was a sent item so hopefully won't be monitored! Also it contained an image. How likely is it that the image would also be archived? Guess I'll just have to find out on Monday. I assume emails are archived immediately rather than every 5minutes or something. Oh well. Head of IT probably won't realise.
