EXE to MSI

Hi,

I am trying to convert all of our software packages into MSIs so they can be distributed by group policy. Some of them can do this themselves and have instructions on how to do so but others cannot so I am after some free software (Yes, I'm cheap

) to allow me to do this. I've looked at WinInstall but the package it creates expires after 30 days

do you have any windows 2000cds kicking about. i'm pretty sure there is a free version of win install le on them.

Indeed, but i've not had the best results with WinInstall LE. Maybe it's me.

i doubt it.

i don't what i was thinking when i posted that.

the util must be at least 6 years and obviously windows has changed a lot since then.

edit: here's a 2003 version i've found....
