There is only a hybrid version. It's also not 'like a proper hatchback' it IS a proper hatchback - it sits on the Auris platform.

I stand corrected - yes, it is a hatchback, as opposed to "like"

I've ordered a CT200h on a lease from next month. I understand its shortfalls but the spec list and low rate of company car tax (saving quite a bit per month on the equivalent A3 or C Class) made it an attractive option.

It would be nice to see more, small cars with more tech built in, but the margin just isn't there for most manufacturers to do that.
