Exercise bike

I've a decent hybrid and a turbo trainer but my hybrid is always filthy and the missus won't let me use it indoors.
I get up in the dark and get home in the dark late I'd like something to get the blood pumping.

Went to fitness superstore today to have a look, all the bikes were too small, the width across the crank meant I was always kicking my heel on the crank (size 14 feet) and just barely getting the ball of my foot into the clip.

We looked at the treadmills but they are too big and ugly for where we are keeping it plus with what I wanted to spend seemed the lower end of quality.

We ended up buying http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk...s/first_degree_viking_2_ar_rower/17286_p.html was eventually what I wanted to spend and trying them all out was really nice to use. One of our considerations was that everything else was so ugly but this on it's end looks in keeping to our house, if I had a spare room or gym I wouldn't care but I haven't plus it takes up such a small area when stored upright.

Arrives Saturday so lets see :)

Yawn

Yes it's the best but doesn't mean every other is trash and not worth considering. You can't fold the c2 without dismantling it and there's no way my wife will put it together properly. This just lifts up ta da. The c2 is also ugly which yes isn't the highest of priorities but I have a family home not a bachelor pad.

I can't skip indoors and for the past 3 months all it's done is rain which isn't a particularly inviting prospect when you've worked a 14 hour day.

But yes do carry on with your helpful input thanks.
