Hi all,

- About a week ago my computer turned on but there was no video coming through to the monitor.
- After a lot of hassle resetting CMOS and reseating the GFX card it posted, asked me to press F1 (mobo settings) adn then was fine.

Now it is happening again and I just can't ge tit back to life.

- All fans and lights come on.
- I have swapped monitors, no the issue.
- I have swapped the GFX card, same thing.
- I have reset the CMOS and still nothing

Any clues as to next steps? I have a feeling that the CMOS is not resetting and that is the crux of it...but i'm following the steps and unplugging the power cable. Remove battery too?

Could be your motherboard. I recently bought a brand new Gigabyte 970 Gaming mobo on a budget and I have the same issues, no display or POST/BIOS but all fans are spinning and powers on fine. Getting a refund and just ordered another board.

my money would be on a problem with your motherboard too... I would run it without the graphics card and just 1 stick of RAM, just to see if anything happens.
